The fee management software in MyEduOS takes a fee from structure to receipt. You define fee categories and instalments once, MyEduOS raises an invoice per student for each instalment, and payments made online, by UPI or at the counter are recorded against them.

No. An invoice can show a UPI QR code to your institution’s own UPI ID with the amount filled in. The payer enters the UPI transaction reference, and the payment is marked paid once your accountant confirms it. A gateway such as Razorpay can also be connected for online checkout.

How does reconciliation work?
Upload your bank statement as a CSV. Credits are matched automatically when exactly one unreconciled payment has the same amount and reference within a week; the rest can be matched by hand.
